Booking
How far in advance should we book our wedding videographer?
Most couples reach out 9 to 14 months ahead of their date. Florida’s peak season runs October through May, and we take on a limited number of weddings each year, so in-season Saturdays are the first dates to fill.
How do we start the process?
Reach out through the contact page with your date and venue. A real person reads and replies personally — not a form response.
Coverage
How many hours of coverage do we need?
Eight hours covers most full wedding days — getting ready through the reception send-off. Shorter days and elopements are covered too; tell us your timeline and we’ll tell you honestly what fits.
Do you send one filmmaker or two?
Two is usually the right call when the day spans multiple locations, has a large guest count, or has moments happening in more than one place at once. A single filmmaker works well for smaller, single-location days.
Is drone footage included?
Where the venue and FAA rules allow it, yes. Some venues restrict aerial filming entirely, so this is confirmed venue by venue rather than promised as a blanket feature.
Can we get the raw, unedited footage?
It’s available as an add-on rather than a standard inclusion, since it changes how files are organized and delivered. Ask about it directly if it matters to you.
Do you film elopements and smaller ceremonies?
Yes. A twenty-guest ceremony gets the same care and attention as a two-hundred-guest wedding.
Pricing
What do your collections start at?
Photo + film collections start at $4,995. Every collection is scoped to your day’s actual coverage needs, so the exact number depends on hours and what you’re combining — we’ll walk through it once we know your date and venue.
Why does wedding videography cost what it does?
A single wedding film is a full day of filming with two shooters, professional cinema cameras carried in backup pairs, licensed music, and a long editing process behind every finished minute — not an afternoon of work.
Can you shoot our photos and video together?
Yes. A combined collection puts one team on your day instead of two separate vendors competing for the same angle at the same moment.
Delivery
How long until we get something to watch?
A short teaser lands in 24 to 48 hours — the first real look at your day while it’s still fresh.
When do we get the full film?
Within 8 to 12 weeks, you’ll have the complete delivery: your cinematic highlight film, the full ceremony, and vows and toasts in their entirety.
How long is the highlight film?
Five to seven minutes is the range we build toward — long enough to carry a real arc through the day, short enough that people actually rewatch it and send it to family.
Do we get the entire ceremony, not just a highlight?
Yes, both. The highlight film is shaped storytelling; the full ceremony is the complete, uncut record — for the people who couldn’t be there, and for you years from now.
Destination & Travel
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes. We’re based in the Tampa Bay area and travel throughout Florida — St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Naples, Orlando — and beyond, including out of state. Wherever your day takes us.
On the Day
What’s your filming style like?
Quiet and unobtrusive by design. No posed reaction shots, no interrupting the day to stage a moment, nobody standing in anybody’s shot. The goal is a film that feels like the day actually happened, not a production that happened around you.
Do we need a first look?
No — it’s entirely optional. A first look can open up private time together and more usable daylight for portraits, but plenty of couples skip it and the day works just as well either way. It comes down to what fits your timeline.
