Who we are

Labif Filmhouse is a wedding photography and film studio based in Tampa Bay, Florida. You can reach us any time at talktous@labiffilmhouse.com or 813.999.0012.

What we collect

When you contact us. Our inquiry forms ask for your name, email, phone number, wedding date, venue, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you reach us through an ad on Facebook or Instagram, that form may also pass along the name, email, and phone number already on your Meta profile.

When you become a client. Our contracts, questionnaires, and planning surveys collect the details we need to film your day — timeline, addresses, vendor contacts, family names, and your preferences. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

When you visit the site. We use analytics and advertising tools that record ordinary browsing information: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is not tied to your name unless you also submit a form.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to quote and plan your wedding, to deliver your photos and film, to take payment, and to understand which of our pages and ads actually help couples find us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us do one of those things.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of established services, each of which handles your information only on our behalf:

• GoHighLevel — our CRM, where inquiries and client communication live
• Supabase — secure database storage for inquiries, contracts, and galleries
• Stripe — payment processing
• Bunny.net — hosting and streaming for client photo and video galleries
• Vercel — website hosting
• Google Analytics 4 — website traffic measurement
• Meta Pixel — measuring whether our Facebook and Instagram ads work

Cookies and tracking

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies to recognise a returning browser and to tell us whether an ad led to an inquiry. You can block these in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google’s opt-out add-on. Blocking them will not affect your ability to use the site or contact us.

Email and text messages

When you submit an inquiry, we may send you an email and a text message so a real person can reply quickly — that is the point of the form. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. We do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that never become bookings are kept for up to two years, since wedding planning runs long and couples often come back. Client records, contracts, and galleries are kept for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, except where we are required to keep records of a completed contract or payment.

Your choices

Write to us at talktous@labiffilmhouse.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. We will not make you jump through hoops, and we will not charge you.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning a wedding. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
