Sandpearl Resort | Clearwater Beach, FL | Vanessa + Griffin

Vanessa and Griffin had been quarantining together for over 6 months at Vanessa’s family home in Tampa while their respective NYC apartments were collecting dust. They decided to have a family trip to Amelia Island for Vanessa’s dads 60th and while they were taking some pictures for their Christmas cards, Griffin ended up proposing! It was perfect for them because their whole family were there. Vanessa and Griffin are a “low key” couple so it was great for them to spend the rest of the time relaxing together on the beach, and eating at some good local restaurants with family. Vanessa and Griffin both come from big families and they love the beach so they wanted to incorporate that into their special day with a little bit of indoor and outdoor. The colors that Vanessa had her heart set on were pops of ivory, vintage light pink, and some other neutral colors. She definitely nailed it. They have finally taken their talents back to NYC, with lots of dusting to do. Vanessa and Griffin chose us to tell their love story because they love our narrative story telling nature and the creativity we incorporate into them. From fast paced moments to sentimental moments, never looking disjointed just natural as the day unfolds. We always make it our duty to ensure that our couples feel completely comfortable in front of the camera but also feel like movie stars because they are the stars of the day. We are so flattered that we were chosen to be a part of the McKenzie Frenzy!
