Tell us a story of the proposal?: I (the bride) love champagne and sparkling wine and my favorite place to go is a winery called Sparkling Pointe on Long Island.
We had plans to do a tour of the winery and how they make sparkling wine. We did a private tour and at the end they asked us to go up this spiral staircase over looking all the stainless steel containers with the winery as the backdrop to take a picture.
I went to turn around to take the picture and Mike was on one knee and asked me to marry him.
